RAID Array Repair and Recovery
There are many issues that can cause a RAIR Array to fail
or RAID Container to go 'offline'. These include:
- Adding incompatible hard drives
to the RAID array.
- Hardware conflicts with the hard drive and RAID server.
- Software corruption to the operating system.
- A virus infection, software or operating system upgrade.
- The RAID controller fails or the configuration has recently
changed.
- Two or more hard drives fail or go offline in the RAID
Array.
- The RAID Server crashes and won't remount the array
or volume(s).
- The RAID configuration becomes corrupt or damaged.
